Do you have any videos of these in action shaking chocolate in molds? Hi, Didn't have. But we had many customers who use it for chocolate molding and are satisfied. Is there anyone who used our products and can take a video?

After using dental vibrator-based vibrating tables for 8 years, I recently bought one designed for chocolate because I wanted one with a bonbon mold draining grid. While the previous one worked fine, I've been pleasantly surprised that the new one has been a noticeable improvement.

I made my own for less than £50. Bit of 18mm thick furniture board, door spring stops, vibrator motor and speed controller from Ebay and a few 3D printer parts. There is a video of it in motion but too big to upload.

I just made my own from 3/4" plywood and a cement vibrator I found on Amazon.

Nice Chip. I just attached a large plastic lid from a storage container to a dental vibrator, works a treat for me. I was going to go plywood as well but figured a) the plastic is lighter and b) easier to clean.

I got this one Chip: www.ebay.de/itm/291107874127 If you do a search on eBay you'll find what appears to be exactly the same device from many vendors. I just drilled two holes in the round plate to attach the plastic lid. I'll take a picture next time I have it out. I appreciate a quiet work environment and this set up is not too loud.

Chip as promised hers's two pictures of that plastic lid I attached to the dental vibrator. Fits two of my molds perfectly. Yes the bolts and washers I used are massively over engineered

Chip I purchased a lid that fits two of my molds as that fits in well with my current workflow. By the time I've filled the next two molds the ones on the vibrator are totally free of any air bubbles. You'll have to adjust for your mold sizes / work flow preferences. The vibrator is surprisingly powerful for its size. I work in my kitchen in the eventing so as you can imagine I'm keen to keep the noise level down. The vibrator itself is not load, but when you put molds on the bare plastic it is quite loud. Adding a tea towel that sits between the molds and the plastic lid reduces the noise level significantly.
