Hello everyone! Sorry if this question has been asked already with other terms, I'm new to this and english is not my native language. I used the search function but I found nothing.
I made a silicone mold to make my own chocolate tablets. For this I melt existing chocolate (70% cacao) tablets in the microwave, slowly so it doesnt burn. I add nothing, I only melt the chocolate and pour it into the mold.
The result is satisfying, but not enough, because it is slightly too soft and I can't put my hands on it without the chocolate slightly melting on my fingers, which does not occur with the original tablet. Do you know why is it the case and how I can correct this?
Thanks A LOT in advance. A

Once you heat the chocolate you need to temper it. Search this forum for tempering and you will find a lot of information.
