I've seen these for sale through Amazon, Indi Chocolate and Diamond Custom Machines.
I tend to prefer Amazon in general, but is there a good reason to consider purchasing from one of these other companies?
Thanks,
-Fred

Thanks, -Fred Yes, Diamond Custom out of NJ is who makes the machines and parts. Their customer service is A++++ and very responsive. They truly stand behind their equipment. I would not hesitate in the least to purchase through them.

The company selling at Amazon is listed as "SS Premier". Thanks! -Fred

Chip - thank you for the help! I went ahead and purchased the Premier chocolate melanger. I also bought a pound of nibs from the Alchemist. I have some powdered whole milk and cocoa butter that I purchased already from Amazon that I think a are reasonably good, so those along with conventional sugar should be enough for me to make my first batch of milk chocolate some time in the next month or so. Really looking forward to it!
