No it will not. Not without modification. That is "just" a wet grinder and the motor will overheat and burnout if you don't ventilate it as has been done with the Melangers.
Also, it is a bit smaller. I have not tried it out, but would estimate it would only hold about 6 lbs of chocolate.

Ah, so I get the impression that it's purely a ventilation and cooling issue.
Judging by the specs, it looks like the motor used is the same. So would it be right to say that if I can keep the motor cool, then I have a working melangeur?
I'm swayed by this model because of it's tilting ability and the cheaper price.
