good morning , my english is too bad d'ont lought pleas iam asking if i use 50% of cocoa nibs what is the equivalent in powder

Hello. I'm not sure exactly what you're asking, but you can't really just replace nibs with cocoa powder. The nibs are 50-60% (or so) cocoa butter, with the rest being the solids. When separated, those solids are what can be made into cocoa powder.
So, if you're looking to replace cocoa nibs for making chocolate, you'll need to use cocoa powder and cocoa butter. I've heard that the results are generally not great, but if you want to do it, I'd try to get an idea of how much cocoa butter (fat) is in the cocoa powder you're using, and then add additional cocoa butter up to the total percentage you want in your chocolate.
