Hi: I wont be able to get a probe into the behmor through the axle for a bit to measure bean temp; meantime, I'm hoping it's possible to get feedback on which of these would be more likely to create a developed "light" roast. p5 20-22 minutes vs p2 15-16 minutes This is completely in general, theoretical terms; it is understood things like bean size and density will play a role, and I understand cacao beans are much more forgiving to a roast whereby 30s +/- may not make a difference. I have tried a few batches of P5 at 16-18 minutes, they come out rather sour, borderline astringent. At some point, I'll try a roast between the two, but I'm waiting until I get the probe installed Thanks for reading.

The behmour 1600 plus allows u to check the temperature of the exhaust channel inside once the exhaust fan is active mid roast by holding the A button or B button for the chamber wall temperature
