Dedicated Machine

I was wondering if I have purchase a Behmor coffee roaster and use it to roast coffee, would also be able to roast the cocao beans without it effecting the taste of the cocao beans or should the machine (or drum) be considered as a singular use dedicated machine?  Does anyone roast both coffee and cocoa beans in their machines?
