In my latest batch, I've found tiny pieces of silicone seal throughout the chocolate. It was in a couple of tastes during processing, and I was hopeful it was just that little bit, but now that I've let that batch age and I've tasted a few more samples, I've found more pieces and I had to throw the batch out. They are tiny chewy pieces - I'm assuming they are the sealant that is around the base of the bowl, as I can't imagine what else they could be. This batch did seize briefly (or rather jam the rollers) while I added the nibs too quickly, but I can't imagine this would cause so much silicone to break away. Has anyone else experienced this? Is there some maintenance that I should do to this machine that I'm not aware of?
this is the tilting wonder grinder.
Thank you

Could these tiny chewy pieces actually be nibs?

Could these tiny chewy pieces actually be nibs? I am certain they are not nibs. They are flexible. At first I thought they could be pieces of husk but I think that would have broken down more with processing.
