Does anyone know a good substitute for whole milk powder in chocolate besides nonfat milk powder?? I have been having a hard time finding the whole milk powder, so i was wondering if there is something else i can use.

mistacandy - A subtitute for powdered milk? Interesting question. For milk powder try Amazon for the various (fat and nonfat) milk powders. From a rough reading of others' responses the non-fat seems to be OK, just make up the difference in fat content of the final chocolate with cocoa butter.
In my experience the health food stores and maybe even Mexican stores can be pricey. Supermarkets sometimes have the larger less expensive (per pound) boxes.
Chocolate Alchemy is reported to be stocking goats milk powder. You might like that.
I am not sure what brand is favored by the more experienced chocolate makers. Maybe some opinions out there?
