So for those people in Florida that are looking at starting up a home chocolate business, one thing that I just found out in my research is that you can not prep the food in your home and sell it to the public.
You must be in a facility that is completely separate from your living quarters. And then of course must be compliant with all the health services requirements from there.
Looking for a commercial kitchen facility that we can rent at this point for a couple hours a week. The research stage has been fascinating and hopefully we'll have all our ducks in a row soon.
Just doing the research required before you start on a new venture. I have been reading the posts here and just wanted to thank everyone for the insight and knowledge that you have.
