How good is the end product after using this equipment? Is this a worthy investment to make a quality chocolate product?

Hi Chefg,
Yes, both of those machines (and others, including the Cocoatowns) are capable of making high-quality chocolate. Of course, this assumes you're using good ingredients, properly fermented & dried cacao, are roasting properly, winnowing well, etc.
