Hi, We have made chocolate twice now, the first time with the little packages and the second time with 5 pounds. The first was too little, the second too much!!!!! (We had a really hard time getting it all tempered...). So what's the smallest amount that is reasonable to make? I think the first time we did 1/2 pound or less (due to some beans flying away as we winnowed ). Thanks very much!

try 2lbs maybe. I'm at 5lbs which is probably more than enough for me. I will need to get some helpers or equipment soon for any more than that.
