I'm trying to figure out if there is a way to test the roast part way thru when using the behmor 1600. It seems that once it has started you cant pause it and if time runs out you must go thru the cool down cycle.
If that is the case, is it bad to run the beans back thru a second time if they didnt get roasted enough? Im also wonder about this for coffee bean roasting as well.
I'm not yet experienced enough to be able to tell from smell and the light inside is bright, but deceptive.
