I there. I am interested in casting chocolate into moulds which i have made. Due to the artistic nature of my chocolate i would like to be able to display them without having to wrap them in foil. i want to package them in something which allows the design to be seen like vacuum formed PET. I would imagine that the reason for storing chocolate in foil is to do with humidity and oxidation. would it be possible for me to store chocolate without foil? if i sealed the plastic casing could this work? Thanks in advance for an help. Danny.

I've done this with plastic and it turned out well. So I'd suggest you would go for it. ____________________________ John Cohen Coffeevines.com www.coffeevines.com
