I'm planning to purchase a small melanger for home use, and I am wondering which is the best option. I see the Spectra 11, Cocoatown ECGC-12, and the Premier Wonder Grinder mentioned most often on these boards. Would anyone be willing to describe their experience/opinions with any of these models? How do these compare in terms of ease of use, durability, quality of chocolate they produce, etc.? The Premier is significantly cheaper, but do the chocolate-specific modifications of the Spectra or Cocoatown make them worth the extra expense? Thanks for your help!

I have read about quite a few problems with the Spectra and some problems also with the Cocoatown.
