hi everyone. im working on a chocolate farm for a while, and they\we are looking to start producing from the nearby trees. while we have electricity, it is difficult to get equipment to the small town.
¿any ideas? for the whole process, husking through tempering? there are many volunteers, and resourceful locals for sure.
talk to you next week when i catch the bus again!
