Hello! Hello everybody! I'm a newbie to this trade and because of that I have a newbie-question If I buy the ECGC-65 -A Grindeur (http://www.cocoagrinder.com/store/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=66&products_id=181) Do I still need to pregrind to get the liquoer or can I both grind and conch in this machine? I would also like to know if I need a butter press and in wich part of the process this is made?

Hi laboppa.
You can grind from nib in the grindeur. Also, many people are using this to grind and conche.
You don't necessarily need a cocoa butter press. A cocoa butter press would be used after grinding the cacao in liquor to extract most of the cocoa butter. One reason you may want to do this is if you'd like to add additional cocoa butter to your chocolate and want that butter to be from the same beans that you are using to make the chocolate. I think most people who use extra cocoa butter buy it instead of pressing it.
