Hello Everyone, Just joined the forum after spending a few days reading threads. I grew up in the Chocolate business - My grandpa made retail chocolates and candies and later distributed. My immediate family also became involved in production/distribution. I currently operate a small, local distribution while I attend school. I sell Chocolatiers, Pastry Chefs, and home enthusiasts pastry ingredients.
