Hello guys, I started a new batch of chocolate yesterday. The Santha Melanger is "working" but the chocolate is as grainy (no noticeable change) as when I started the run. Do you guys have an idea about what could be the cause? Is the Santha giving up? Thank You for your consideration Yasmine

Make certain you have the top screw tightened.

I checked. The top screw was tightened. I tried another batch. Now on of the rollers stopped. Is it the belt?

If only one of the rollers stopped it may not be the belt. I would take everything out and try reseating it. You may have something at a slight angle that means that the wheels and scraper are not aligning correctly and not refining as they should.
