Hey there everyone,
I'm a new chocolate maker in Australia, and don't seem to be able to find anything like a 'wet grinder' over here!
Any other Aussies out there who could help?
Does anyone else have any suggestions for alternative methods of reducing my magnificent beans to a luxuriant silky liqueur?
