We are selling a full small-scale chocolate factory. The equipment has only been used slightly (5-7 full scale batches). sites.google.com/site/chocolatefactoryequipment/home?pli=1The factory highlights: a Selmi plus tempering machine, Inno Concepts 65 kg wet grinder, convection oven for roasting beans, and a variety of other equipment and furniture suitable for starting a complete chocolate manufacturing facility. We even have more than 100kg cocoa beans of various origins. We are looking for advice as to the best way to sell such a set-up. Should we try to keep it as a collection? or sell each piece individually? What are the best places and methods to advertise such a collection? Thank you all for your help with this and your incredible advice over the years.

I would be interested if you were selling off pieces separately .

You have new, retail prices on that equipment list, what are the actual selling prices?
