it's a very intense Dark Milk, Ben. I actually mistyped the liquor proportion, it was 55%

I just made another batch of 50% cacao, 20% milk, 20% sugar, 10% butter (2kg total). It comes out pretty nice. Not too sweet and with a very intense chocolate flavor. I used Peru Ucayali nibs for this.
