2000 bars with a Rev2? That's a pretty tall order! You are aware that the Rev2 only fits ~700 grams of chocolate? If you're doing bar runs of that size as an average, you will need a much larger machine. You will, in all likelihood, also need some way to cool all that chocolate to avoid streaks and bloom.

Thanks Cheebs , i was just a fraid to here that! but hey i have to swallow it and think, any suggestion for a slightly bigger one with 'a short price'? what about the cooling ? am in a situation i guess! may be am bitting what i cannot chew , but again orders like this do not come every day especially if your just learning how to make chocolate from from the kitchen.

Cocoaffee;
You need to start by doing some simple math: 2000 bars at (assuming) 50g per bar = 100kg of chocolate that you will need for this order.
If you are making chocolate at home in a Santha, it will take you about 4 months just to make enough chocolate to fulfill the order - assuming that the Santha is running 24/7 and doesn't break down.
If you are purchasing chocolate, you have other issues: Molds Tempering larger volumes of chocolate cooling the molds Cost Time
The Savage machines hold 24kg of chocolate and can make about 480 50g bars with each batch tempered. The machines are $8,000 each. You'll need enough molds for a single run (480), and you'll need somewhere to cool them (commercial fridge with racks built in).
The cost of the equipment to fulfill the order will outweigh the benefits accepting the order.
Wait, build your business, and THEN take on projects like that.
That's my opinion.
Brad.

My understanding is that is a melting unit, not a tempering unit. Ie., it melts chocolate, it doesn't temper chocolate.
