I'm thinking about using an indoor rotisserie with a drum. Unfortunately almost all indoor rotisseries don't have a temperature control. The Big George from George Forman has temp. control, but it is discontinued. I think I can still maybe track one down. The interior measures 15x12x10 so I think a 7"x11" drum will work (coffeeroastersclub.com makes custom drums for indoor rotisseries).
