is cocoa liquor easily available in market? can i go for direct grinding and conching of available cocoa liquor+ cocoa butter+ soy lecithin+ condensed milk powder at home and make my own chocolate slabsand thenlater chocolates.

yes - it's called, most often, baking chocolate.

What do you mean by "sold at market"?
Will people like that taste? Well, that will be purely a result of the baker's chocolate you use and what you do with it. IM(not so humble)O it isn't going to be a good as fresh chocolate you make yourself. If you get Hersey's I doubt it will be very good. If it is Dagoba's 100% Prima Material, it has a chance to be good.
And I note this conversation is going on in the raw chocolate thread - what you buy isn't going to be raw.

i understand i was mailing into any subject for my query, but then i searched a lot to which my this query would fit in,,, didnt find the suitable one, therefore had to settle under RAW CHOCOLATE.
Anyways, i appreciate your correction.
