I was needing to know the shelf life for cocoa butter at room temp. Do you guys refrigerate?

Good question.... I don't know the definative answer, but I have kept CB for over 6 months in the pantry closet.....same as the beans. Temperature variations from 50f 80f. No problems so far, but I would not suggest storing finished bars that warm That doesn't work, I know robert

If I melt my cocoa butter- will it re-harden into a hard block? Just wondering if I could melt it and keep it in a jar for chocolate batches.

Yes, it will re-solidify if the storage temperature is below it's melting temperature.

Oh its easy just Store it like you dont care LOL, just keep it away from the sun and water. dark room no need to use fridge space! last for a year! but you can still use it after regardless keep it a secret.
