Hi all,
I've been trying out some recipes that was supposed to turn out crunchy, but didn't. I've tried with puffed quinoa and roasted pieces of nuts, but would like to get your opinion on what the best way to make a crunchy bar is?
Best, J

I do a bar with toasted sourdough breadcrumbs in it that's got a great crunch.

I have had great success using: puffed rice almonds peanuts pecans walnuts brittle graham crackers animal crackers macadamia nuts I also make my own caramel but that's not crunchy.

I forgot to add oreos to that list. Those are really good as well.
