Hey all, I'm looking for a bit of advice in the direction of tasting. How can I better develop my palate for chocolate tastings? As I'm slowly learning to home roast and develop some profiles, I'm discovering how important detecting subtle flavors can be. I want to better learn how to pair various foods and drinks with chocolate as well. Does anyone have recommendations on where to start? Any advice is much appreciated N.
