Hi Would it be fair to say that unfermented beans are ok to make cocoa butter since it doesnt have any flavour anyhow? Most of the farmers here dry without fermentening and I was just given a frw kgs. Thanks

yes. your yields will be poor, as will the flavor, but it is possible. Often this is done for the cosmetic industry.
