Hi, what kind of program does people use to keep track of data like bean temp, ambient temp, rate of rise, etc? I've read that theres some people using Cropster (coffee program). Anyone using this or something similar? I've read that Cropster started making some modifications in the program to meet the needs for roasting cacao. That sound very exciting I think...
I've just started looking into the world of coffee roasting and there seems to me that there is a lot to learn from how they do things. Getting data from the roasts into graphs for exempel seems like a very good practise and the more we do this, the more we could share and learn from each other.
Cheers,

I use the open-source Artisan: artisan-scope.org/There has been some discussion about it in these forums. I'd try searching for 'roasting software' or 'artisan software' to start.
