What brands of milk powder do you recommend to give that delicious milky flavor reminiscent of Swiss style chocolate?

I would also love to hear about peoples thoughts of the best producer of milk powder. I am really interested in if any one tasted milk chocolate made with grass-fed milk powder and found it to be different? better or worse?
I've read on the forum that some people made chocolate with buttermilk and said they didn't like it, it was to sour...I have found sweet cream buttermilk powder and I think it sound very interesting. Anyone tried this one?
Also people in Europe making milk chocolate, where do you get your powder from? any kind that is...
