account_disabled, It is my understanding that you can store chocolate for up to a year in a cool, dry place. A shelf would be fine, no need for a special box. If you want to put it in something a storage bin you can get at a big box store would work fine as well. Just remember the cool and especially DRY. . Good luck.

I do not recommend refrigerating your chocolates, however, if you have no alternative, keep chocolates in their original packaging, place in an airtight container and wrap completely in plastic film before placing in the refrigerator. Remove from the refrigerator at least two hours before eating, without removing the plastic film, to allow the chocolate to slowly reach room temperature.

freeze it at any temperature, however when you decide to enjoy it save some in the fridge at 13 - 14°C to enjoy it cold as some ppl prefer 18 - 20°C at room temperature which is Ideal
Note: before unboxing the frozen chocolate let it set for 24h in fridge or room temperature before opening it! that way your won't chock the chocolate temperature!
If you see some white spots on top of it! dont worry just clean wipe it with hand using plastic gloves! it doesnt effect quality.
