Hey, How many minutes do you wait between two roasts with Behmor? Had somebody faced over-heating problem?
Thank you a lot!

Good morning! With the Behmor, after the roasting there is an automatic cool down period. I have done multiple roasts in succession without any difficulties. The basket gets cool enough to handle and dump the roasted beans and refill. This is how I do it:
1. Fill basket with approximately 2 pounds (up to 2.5) of beans 2. Roast 3. Allow the Behmor to go through its cooling cycle 4. Empty basket 5. Refill basket 6. Repeat
I have successfully roasted for 4 hours straight (a rather boring job, have a good book or your electronic device with you since you CAN NOT leave the Behmore unattended).
Hope this helps.

You are most welcome.
And another tip: when roasting listen for the popping, in my limited experience (2 years) that is when the beans are ready to be cooled. But there should be significant popping. And it smells pretty darn good (most of the time).
PS: You definitely can over-roast. John has some good pointers in the Ask the Alchemist area.

Agreed with Chip, I sometimes roast continually for many hours, the cooling cycle easily brings the temp down low enough each time.
