Hi!
For my hazelnut-chocolate spread I would like to experiment with a vegan alternative to the whole milk powder I am currently using. Has someone tried and can share some tipps? I am for example hesitant with coconut-milk powder because of the strong taste, but maybe I should just try it, but in any case.. looking forward to hear thoughts.

You could use soy milk powder. It is a good alternative.
