Hi everyone!
First off, huge thank you to everyone who contributes on this board. The knowledge we've picked up in a short period of time has been incredible and really helped us get going making chocolate.
I'm working on launching a podcast in the next couple weeks. It's goal is to share the stories of how bean to bar makers got their start and examine the broader cacao industry from grower to retail. I've got a couple really neat makers already lined up and was wondering...
1. If you could ask bean to bar makers anything about starting/running/growing their business what would it be?
2. Who would you love to hear interviewed on the show? Hopefully we can get the alchemist himself on to at the very least say thanks for all the knowledge we've picked up.
