Are your bars pure chocolate, or do they have a filling / inclusions in them (ie peanut butter filling, pieces of nuts, etc)? I'm assuming your bars were foil wrapped (die fold and wrapped)?

They are pure bars.
I have them in a plastic sleeve and in a box.
I've just been going through them and it seems to be only the older bars and not the ones that have made and wrapped in the last week or so.
I have a small storage area, which is where the moths were first discovered, and I think the old bars were packaged in put in there for a while.
I'm throwing away all the chocolate and the boxes too, as I found some worms outside the plastic wrapped chocolate.
Shame as the boxes cost a pretty penny. Oh well.
How to I put an end to this? I live in Colombia and its 75 degrees everyday, and everything's kind of out in the open.

Can't say as i've ever seen infestation issues in solid chocolate bars...if you're packaging them in a die fold film, flow wrapping them may help, i'm assuming any infestation is a result of critters getting in there after they've been packaged.
It's always best practice to keep your packaging materials and finished goods in a separate, physically separated location from your ingredient raw materials.
Edit - sorry didn't see the plastic sleeve packaging comment. Sealing that sleeve, if possible, would likely help as it'd give a physical barrier that prevents any post production infestation.

So just in case any of you come across a similar problem, if you find moths in your beans upon reciept or opening, please take this very very seriously.
I have throw most everything out. I have cleaned the factory and storage areas with bleach twice and once with a high pressure washer.
I still have moths.
Apparently after not having anything for a couple weeks some new worms hatched somewhere, the other night I had about 200 moths appear. I think they came from the garden. I don't really know.
I have purchased some pheromone traps which are working.
I do feel a bit better though, I went to a friends house a few miles away, and she had them really bad too. They had gotten into her food and now were eating her clothes too.
Please, if you see a moth, don't just think its only a moth.
