Hey All,
Can this be done? Can the white end-caps be unscrewed? I'd like to clean off any chocolate that's made it's way in there. One wheel seems to not roll/grind as well now and I suspect that dried chocolate inside the roller is the problem.
I haven't taken a channel-lock to one of the end-caps yet out of concern that I may destroy my roller-wheel assembly.

Well, I can see this post has had 16 visits. I'm assuming 2 of them were mine. So, to the up-to-14-other viewers of this post, I emailed John at Chocolate Alchemy to obtain the answer. Yes, the white Delrin end-caps unscrew. Channel locks are a good tool for it. I had enough dried chocolate up in there to serious hamper my Spectra 11 grinder wheels from spinning. Note...I had made about 30 batches of chocolate before finally cleaning them out tonight.
