I seem to be having trouble recently, I just use a fridge with a thermometer that limits it to 12C (with all the opening and closing, it ends up around 16C), maybe I need to drill a large hole through the side of my fridge and attach a hose to a dehumidifier or something

Do you have any condensation issues with those refrigerators?

Cocoa beans are zero rated, you won't have to pay import tax on them regardless of where they come from. However, you might want to ask CA to have the words organic crossed off the bags before they go, because I've had issues with that.

I'd say the easiest way is to put the marijuana in the oven for 90 minutes to "decarboxylate" it. I think it's at 240F. Then just add the required amount to your grinder with the cocoa beans. But obviously since I live in a country where possession is illegal, this is purely hypothetical.

Are there safe epoxy glues you can use that go above that temp?

That's a new one on me. The answer is no, you do not have to use any bug faeces and I think we'd all recommend no one ever does.
The closest thing I can think of is Shellac, used to make some candies shiny.

What are the "upgraded" gears you sell eanbean? I just had all the teeth fall off one of my machines, I've been thinking about having a metal one made to replace the plastic one.

Try pre-cooling your moulds so they are 10-16C?

I thought it could be something like that, I think I'll contact the people who sold it to me (ages ago, way too late for a refund) and see if they've had any feedback from other buyers. I think at worst I can probably make use of them by mixing in with others in my milk chocolate. On the other hand the chocolate it makes does seem to have an interesting note of vegemite

Have you removed the wheels and cleaned the axles?

Does anyone know what might cause this? At first I thought I had over roasted the beans, but when I tried a few of the raw beans, I realised one or two in every handful seemed like it has been over roasted, very crunchy rather than soft and ash tasting. So I have a sack of 70kg of beans (Not from Chocolate Alchemy) that seems like they are unusable right now, unless this is a normal thing and that flavour dissipates?

Warm the bowl and wheels in an oven first is my tip for speedy introduction of nibs. I want to install some heat lamps above mine ideally.
