Hello everybody. I was reading about the Omega J8003 Nutrition Center Single-Gear Commercial Masticating Juicer and looks the same machine as the Champion Juicer G5-NG853S Household Juicer. Am I right? It is the Omega good for making chocolate? Thanks for your answer. By the way, the specific topic for GRINDING cacao is not listed in this forum. Is it not it?

The Omega seems to be the same horsepower/wattage motor (1/3 HP) as the Champion so in terms of power it might work. I guess it just depends on the screens and filters they provide whether it would make good cocoa liquor and get the remaining shells out. -Nat ____________________ Nat Bletter, PhD Chocolate R&D Madre Chocolate madrechocolate.com

I was wondering if anyone has used the grain mill attachment to the Champion grinder. My blade cutter has cracks in it and I think is going to bite the dust so I need to replace it so I have a back up and noticed the grain mill attachment, wondering if this will work as it's all stainless steel. Anyone?
