Hello, I m planning to start making dairy free milk and white chocolate very soon here, and I was wondering if liquid sunflower lecithin could be use instead or soy granula lecithin. The only sunflower lecithin I can find is in liquid form. Does anyone know a source of granular version by chance? Thank you very much

Liquid is actually more convenient to use than granular, so it would seem you're golden.

Taste your sunflower lecithin before buying a lot of it. it usually has a quite different flavor than does soy lecithin.
