Put about 1.5 lbs of ocumare though the Champion yesterday, and as I was washing out the equipment, I noticed that there was a small, but definite amount of cocoa butter that had accumulated on the side of the cylinder that encloses the cutter. This was the largest batch I'd put through the equipment up til now, so it was running hotter than usual. Is it possible that the combination of heat and centrifuge action of the cutter extracted cocoa butter?
I'll try to get photos of it next time I run a batch.
