I believe the alchemist himself makes an 80% solution (i.e. 80% nibs, 20% sugar) for tasting beans. I wanted to try this, but I was also wondering if anyone has found that a 100% nibs (bakers chocolate?) bar is edible at least for some specific bean, or if maybe you need to cut with a bit of cocoa butter (like 90% nibs, 10% cocoa butter or something).
If anyone has tried this kind of thing I would love to hear about it!

We sell a true 100% bar (just nibs, no cb) and some people do enjoy it. It all comes down to personal taste I guess.

I actually like taking roasted nibs and putting them in vanilla yogurt. Or just popping a few in my mouth. Or putting nibs in cookies instead of chips. Or....,.lol. Lots of uses!

Right, the nibs are actually pretty good on their own.
I'm currently buying the roasted nibs, but maybe one day I will step up my game to starting from the raw beans which would be a new kind of adventure lol.
