I have never had a lot of luck with larger, high-priced equipment from Alibaba, albeit it has been only 2 times. Maybe others on here have had more experience in this. The big question you need to ask is if the price savings is significant enough for you to sacrifice local customer service (by local, I mean local to you in the USA.). If you buy from a USA based company you are covered by the trade laws applicable to your purchase, etc.
Just some food for thought.

I agree with Chip's caution about buying from Alibaba. I've done it several times and have had mixed luck. I've had to do a fair amount of work on one in particular to get it operational. That being said, all of the machines that I've bought are still in operation. This machine is so simple that I wouldn't be too worried about it.
Another option would be to go with a Chocovision with either the skimmer or dispenser attachments. This would be a bit more expensive, but you'd have easy access to great support, replacement parts, etc.
