Hi, I have tried to grate chocolate using this machine: www.youtube.com/watch?v=pTAWwmVrRO0However, as you can see the chocolate flakes are very static after being processed. Anyone have an idea on how to remove the static electricity? Or what kind of machine are you using for making hot chocoate flakes?

I'd try to elongate the exit chute somehow. I have a hammer mill that uses a long silk tube that has elastic on one end that attaches to the output of the machine. I'd run that tube into a tub with a hole cut in the lid. It won't really dissipate the static, but it should help stop the chocolate from getting everywhere. I've looked for years for a good way to make hot chocolate flakes or granules, but have never found a great solution. If anyone has, I'd love to hear it.
