For those of you who have both (Ben maybe?), is there a big difference in performance or quality of product between the Santha 11 and the Premier Tilt (or regular)? I was just wondering because of the price difference (almost $200). Thanks.

I haven't had the small Santha in 5 years, but I can say that it worked great. Same with the smaller Cocoatowns. My guess is that they all work more or less the same. I think that the motors in the Santha and the Cocoatowns are physically larger, so maybe they'll last a little longer, but I can't say that for sure. I used mine for a few years with no problems, and have used the smaller Premiers for years with no problems, so it's probably not a real concern either way.
These days I only use the smaller Premiers to do some specialty items and use larger equipment for my main production. I mostly use them because they're physically smaller and easier to store, and they're less expensive.
