I wanted to give it a try. Something like a liquid soluble corn fiber.
I was trying to figure out where I would add it. I didn't want to ruin my melanger by adding it during the grinding process. Has anyone tried this?

The word ‘liquid’ raises a red flag. You can not add water to chocolate or it will seize. So what does liquid mean with respect to ‘Liquid Solublw Corn Fiber’ (i.e. water, oil, alcohol based)?

Good point. It's similar to corn syrup. I'll have to check a spec sheet to see if it contains water. I don't think its alcohol based so I'd prob say it does contain water. There may also be a powder version of it as well. I'll research and post what I find tomorrow. Thanks

ChocZero has "soluble corn fiber" as an ingredient. I've tried it and it seemed okay to me. Obviously can't answer what form their ingredient was in or how a melanger might handle it.
