I've just used my nutrichef for the first time to press cocoa butter, and I'm looking for a way to use the pressed cocoa flakes. I tried grinding by hand in a mortar and pestle but there seems to be a limit to how fine I can grind the powder using that method. Are there any appliances that I can use to get a good fine cocoa powder?

For very tiny batches you might want to try a single serving coffee bean/spice grinder. They spin very fast and are designed to completely powderize spices. If you've managed to get the majority of fat out of your cocoa mass you could try that. Note that you may destroy it though. Grinding cocoa powder is usually done by very industrial machines, as it's like a brick when solid.

Brad Yeah, I tried using a small bullet blender and it just kind of bricked up against the sides of the cup. I'll try my coffee grinder tomorrow but I fear that I may get a similar result.
