I just received a Behmor roaster, and I had only planned on roasting cocoa beans, but everyone at home is asking me to roast coffee beans. Has anyone tried using it for both? I'm curious if it will leave a coffee "residue" that will affect the flavor of the cocoa beans that I roast.

Hi joeca. This has been discussed a few times here on the Chocolate Alchemy forums and maybe on The Chocolate Life as well. The consensus is that there is no problem or flavor transfer when roasting both in the same roaster. You can search for the other discussions if you want more details.
