How tight against the bowl does everybody keep the scraper arm for the Premier grinders? I keep mine as close as I can get it smoothly against the bowl but I always get grayish sludge against it when all is done grinding. Anyone else experience this?

I keep it close to the bowl, but not touching. I don't get any grey sludge and would be somewhat concerned if I did.

I do find that odd chocolate accumulates on the scraper. By "odd" I mean thick for dark and milk and grey for white. I haven't noticed any wear of the scraper in nearly two years so I think its actually something from the chocolate making process. I've never adjusted my scraper since I bought the grinder.
