So I have this Kitchen Aid Precise Heat Mixing Bowl I bought last year. I thought it would be good for tempering, but it isn't. The temp fluctuates way to much. But I was wondering if this would help to conch? If I set it to around 170 and use the paddle attachment and let it mix around would that be considered conching? www.kitchenaid.com/shop/-[KSM1CBL]-408088/KSM1CBL/I am working at a very small scale

170 degrees is too high (at that temperature you are cooking your cocoa solids)
All you need to do is use your table top grinder.
